Agreement to Terms
By accessing legacypagestributes.com or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
LegacyPages Tributes provides personalized memorial tribute video services for families honoring the life of a loved one. We offer three service packages:
The following add-ons are available with any package:

Orders and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order. The deposit amount is determined by your selected package and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed tribute.
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
- We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay through our secure payment processor.
- Once your deposit is received, your order is confirmed and we will contact you within 1 business day with next steps.
Media Submission
To complete your tribute video, you agree to:
- Submit all photos and media in a timely manner after being contacted. Delays in submission may affect your delivery timeline.
- Ensure you have the legal right to share all photos and media submitted.
- Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you regarding your order.
We accept photos in JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Video clips should be submitted in MP4 or MOV format. If submitted media is of insufficient quality to produce a professional result, we will contact you promptly to request replacements or discuss options.
Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround for all packages is 2–3 business days from the date all media is received.
- Rush Delivery (add-on) guarantees completion within 48 hours of receiving all media.
- Turnaround times begin once all required photos and media have been received — not at the time of order placement.
- Delays caused by late or incomplete media submission by the client are not the responsibility of LegacyPages Tributes.
- We will communicate your estimated delivery date when we confirm receipt of your media.
Revisions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your tribute video. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

A revision is defined as one complete round of feedback. Please compile all requested changes and submit them together — each submission counts as one revision used. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are available at $25 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Online Tribute Hosting
- Each package includes complimentary online tribute hosting from the date of delivery — Basic: 7 days, Standard: 15 days, Cinematic: 30 days.
- Extended hosting is available as an add-on: 15 days for $15, or 30 days for $25.
- Your online tribute page is password-protected and accessible only to those you personally share the link and password with.
- After the hosting period expires, the online tribute page will be removed. The client retains their downloaded digital video file.
Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of all photos and media you submit.
- The completed tribute video is created for your personal use.
- LegacyPages Tributes retains the right to use general production techniques and creative methods used in your video.
- We reserve the right to use anonymized or non-identifiable work samples for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
Music Selection & Copyright
Music is one of the most meaningful parts of a tribute video, and we work closely with every family to select something that truly fits the spirit of their loved one's life. All music is sourced by LegacyPages Tributes on your behalf — no audio upload is required from you.
You are welcome to request a specific song or artist on your intake form, or leave the selection to us. We will make every reasonable effort to honor your request. You do not need to supply a music file — simply provide the song title and artist name and we will handle the rest.
If you supply your own music file, you represent that you have the right to use that recording in the context of a privately delivered tribute video, and the same terms below apply.
Your completed tribute video may be used in the following ways without restriction:
- Playback at funeral services, memorial gatherings, and church services Permitted
- Delivery and viewing via your digital download file, USB keepsake, or DVD Permitted
- Viewing through your password-protected LegacyPages online tribute page, provided the link and password are shared only with invited family and friends and are not made publicly available Permitted
Due to the nature of music copyright, the following uses are not authorized without prior written coordination with LegacyPages Tributes:
- Posting or uploading to YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or any publicly accessible platform Restricted
- Embedding on any publicly accessible website or webpage Restricted
- Broadcasting or streaming to a public audience Restricted
If you wish to share your tribute video publicly on social media or another open platform, please let us know before production begins so we can plan the music selection with that goal in mind. We will make every effort to accommodate this request.
Any decision to distribute your tribute video beyond the permitted private uses above rests solely with you as the client. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- LegacyPages Tributes bears no liability for any copyright claims, content muting, monetization by rights holders, or platform removal actions arising from your distribution of the video
- LegacyPages Tributes will not feature, publicly host, or use your tribute video in its portfolio or marketing materials without your express written permission
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
- Once production has begun, refunds are not available, as significant time and creative resources have been invested in your order.
- If you are unsatisfied with your completed tribute video, please contact us at care@legacypagestributes.com and we will work with you to make it right.
Limitation of Liability
LegacyPages Tributes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for loss or damage to original media submitted digitally.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. We handle all submitted photos, personal information, and order details with care and confidentiality. Please review our Privacy Policy at legacypagestributes.com/privacy-policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
