• Both portrait and landscape orientations are welcome

For any photo that holds a special memory or story, feel free to include a short note — such as the year, occasion, or a word or phrase that captures the moment. This helps us craft captions that make your tribute truly personal.

Video Clips (Signature and Legacy only)

• Keep clips short — 15 seconds is ideal
• Choose meaningful moments — smiles, laughter, interactions

Choose songs that reflect the tone and spirit of your loved one's life. You may suggest songs from your package allowance below, or let us choose music that fits the tribute.

Important Information to Include

• Your loved one's full name
• Date of birth and date of passing
• Service or funeral date (so we can prioritize your timeline)
• Any special message or dedication you would like included (optional)

Upload Your Files

Use the secure upload link provided after your order to submit your photos, video clips, and any caption notes. Your files go directly to a private, secure folder — only you and our team will have access.
